Incorrect window.innerWidth value breaking responsive sites

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use Brave

  2. Load Website

  3. go to inspector and console log window.innerWidth - value is incorrect

**Expected result:

window.innerWidth should give actual width of browser winbdow**

Brave Version( check About Brave):slight_smile:
Brave 1.92.144 (Official Build) (64-bit)
