Hello support, hello everyone.
I just wanted to understand why I haven’t received rewards since December 2023.
I have everything synchronized, everything organized, I can’t figure out where I could have gone wrong. The only change I made was updating the PC (components and formatting) and installing brave again, which shouldn’t affect anything.

@tiagoferreira originally your topic title had me thinking perhaps it might have been because you weren’t connected to Uphold. But I see in your provided details that it seems you are linked. I would suggest you create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
To be blunt, chances are the system has flagged (suspended) you. For some reason Brave stopped showing any notifications to people to let them know. Whether it be that or something else, the only way to have Brave look into it, let you know, and possibly help with your situation is through a support ticket.
