I'm unable to login to my publisher account

Hi i was trying to log in to my account. in login panel when i enter my email it’s says unverified request. Kindly let me know what’s the problem

This was the error
P.s it’s been resolved as i changed the browser from chrome to brave then i got the login email . Its only giving the above error in chrome
