I'm stopping using Brave today to unpaid rewards

After the Gemini and uphold problem, this time Brave stopped making payments. The rewards I have collected in the last 3 months are somehow disappearing.

First, this message show up “Your +17.135 BAT October rewards will arrive in 6 days”
and then a week later, the message is:

Congrats! Your “…” rewards have arrived!

but nothing comes.
