I'm having trouble activating my Brave VPN

I’m having trouble activating my VPN, I’m using a MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 and I can’t activate my VPN, I always get the message to subscribe, when I already have a paid subscription and when I click on the option that I already have a subscription it shows me a window with the message “Forbidden” I’m in trouble here, I need the VPN for work

Please HELP!!

I don’t think that’s the problem, when I click on the “I already have a VPN Account” button a screen appears that says “Forbidden”


Even if I try to delete my subscription, the “Forbidden” screen keeps popping up.
