I show earnings, but they never transfer to uphold

Briefly describe your issue:
I haven’t received a contribution since May of this year. I reset all my browsers that I use daily. Sometimes I use a VPN for work, but I am actually using the browser on the VM (It’s a windows VM, and I needed it because I write software on both mac / windows). I use Brave on the VMs because I prefer brave over Chrome/Safari/Firefox.
