I need a refund for my subscription since I couldn’t even try it for 7 days, it didn’t work for me and I no longer purchased it. I just activated the account today and the VPN was automatically charged and that’s why, since I’m not going to use it, I don’t want my refund of 99 USD since I contacted my bank and they can’t do anything. It was on May 17, 2025 that it was charged without my authorization.
