I had 2BAT in my browser It suddenly became 0 and its getting resetted to 0

I had 3 BAT collected by viewing adds and when I opened brave once it got resetted to 0 BAT and then thought it will come back but it didnt show up and afterwards when I see the add it payes me BAT but that also gets reset to 0 after I close and open brave

this issue is personal and cannot be reproduced

I want my BAT back
