I didn't receive my transfer

I made a transfer in dollars, from the world coin app, worth $116. The world coin app says that the transfer was completed successfully but I did not receive the money from my wallet.

@Davidbober Not sure you can say you haven’t received it. In the screenshot you shared, where does it list the coin? Big thing first is to make sure you have it as a visible asset.
