I Can not open this web (Is for my work)

Hi friends.
Some days ago I bougth a SSD and reinstall Windows and software.

But in my work I need use this web (https://acad.huetamo.tecnm.mx/ITSH/inicio) but I can not enter, I used Brave´s help, other internet´s web and I still in the same.

Can you try accessing the site with Shields on but with all cookies allowed enabled.

What kind of website is this exactly? Is it accessible to the public? I can’t seem to get it to load using any web browser (Brave or otherwise)?

It is a website to back up the evidence of my students. It a website for use the all teacher in the school.

Evidence about schools´s works.

I can load with chrome.

Do you need to be connected to a VPN or on a specific network in order to reach the site? Again, I don’t seem to be able to load it at all on any browser, but that may be because I’m located in the US.
