Subject: Help - Accidentally Deleted Brave Wallet with Cryptocurrency Inside
Hi Brave Community,
I need help with a critical wallet recovery issue. I created a Brave Wallet but accidentally deleted it without realizing the consequences. Here’s my situation:
I set up the Brave Wallet but never completed the seed phrase backup during the initial setup. I deleted the wallet without saving or backing up the recovery phrase anywhere. I had cryptocurrency in that wallet that I need to recover. I have access to my Brave browser password and account information, but I don’t have the recovery phrase.
I realize this was a mistake on my part, but I’m hoping there might be a recovery option available since I never fully secured the wallet with a backed-up seed phrase. Is there any way Brave support can help me restore access to this wallet?

I understand there’s no way to recover the wallet without the recovery phrase, but since this is a brand new wallet? And also, I have an attachment that I want you to look at because I I tried the brave VPN For the trial time which is three days. I was just wondering if that wallet is linked to that VPN account because I kept getting this message. It’s just today.: Can you take a look at it and please let me know if I switch to the account that has the VPN that’s linked to my account will it take me to my wallet? Attachment below will show you a screenshot of what I got..

The prompt shown is confirming if you want to switch over to the App Store to purchase Brave VPN. It is in no way related to Brave Wallet. There is no account for Brave Wallet.
You can change how external links and app notices are configured under All Settings –> Shields and Privacy.
