Https://www.buddhistsfortruth.info/ is constrained to half a page but loads normally on safari

All other websites load normally. Brave and Tor only load this site in constrained half page. Site still works. Loads normally in safari but would prefer to use Brave.

I use Mojave and the half page presenting persists with shields on or off.
