youtube ads are being blocked
How can this issue be reproduced?

ad plays

I understand youtube ads should play but they are being blocked, why? Do I have to turn off the ShieldsUp button?
Um… because most people want ads blocked? 
If you want to enable ads when going to youtube, click lion’s head icon in the address bar when visiting youtube and choose allow all trackers and ads from the dropdown menu…
Disabling Shields, specifically Ads and trackers on youtube will allow video ads.
