How to turn off the ad-block for certain sites?

How do I whitelist sites like with a normal adblocker? I’d rather not have to use another browser to view sites that block ad-block. Unless a way of blocking the ad-block block is developed.

Click the little Brave shield icon in the right of the location/address bar and toggle the various switches to meet your needs. The top one turns all shields off for the particular site. The ones below allow more refinement.

Sorry I should’ve mentioned that doesn’t work for me, and I have no other ad-blocks installed.
