Description of the issue:
Hello, today I opened my Brave browser and noticed that a new extension was added by a third party. The extension is Kaspersky Protection, but I’m sure I never installed any Kaspersky products on my PC.
The extension ID is: ahkjpbeeocnddjkakilopmfdlnjdpcdm.
From my research, it seems to be a legitimate extension, but my main question is whether it’s possible to trace which app or process added this extension.

Additional Information:
I have checked my installed programs, and no Kaspersky software is installed.
I would like advice on how to determine which process or installer could have added this extension.
I do not use Yandex or other bundled software that could have installed it
