How to get Top toolbar with File, Edit etc on it

I am looking for the Top menu bar with File etc on it like all other Browsers have. How can I enable it?

Also the Send to… Email option when you are on web page.

Windows version have no Menu bar. But most of the menu item should available via kebab menu (three stips menu at upper right).
