How can I disable shortcuts like Cmd+Q (equiv. to Ctrl+Q on Windows)?

There is no official way to disable the cmd+q shortcut. But within Settings brave://settings/appearance, you can enable Show warning before quitting with ⌘Q.
Also, you can check the chrome extensions store, there might be an extension that allows you add this feature.
