How to change email links in Brave to Mac Mail

How do I change the default link to my email to Mac Mail. Anytime I try to click to email something via mail web gmail opens rather than starting my MacMail app.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Nearly up to date! Relaunch Brave to finish updating.

Thank you for reaching out and we’re happy to assist you. If you want to use Apple Mail as your default mail app, simply open the application, go to Mail --> Preferences --> Default Email Reader and choose Mail from the drop-down list.
