So there is a policy against tipping yourself with granted BAT. I’m not sure I’ve ever received granted BAT or not. It always gets transferred into my Uphold wallet.
But here is my question: how does Brave know if someone tips themselves? With the way Brave is marketed as a privacy conscious browser, I think that’s a valid question.
So yes, the question is: what information does Brave store about users in order to determine if they are tipping themselves or not.
