Greetings Brave team! ![]()

I am making a transition from Brave Beta to Brave Nightly and I want to keep all my logins (sessions/cookies) of the websites without going through the re-login process all over again.
I have already installed both browsers — this is seen in the screenshot provided — and I have also noticed that there are two different Brave processes running(co-existing) (Brave Browser (53) and Brave Browser (46)).
Question:Is it possible to transfer session/cookie data between these two versions of Brave in a way that the transfer is risk-free or in an official manner, and I will still be signed in on all the websites?
I do remember that the user data of the profile is generally saved in various places(Brave→BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser-Beta, Nightly→BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser-Nightly),but I just want to know if there is a way that is least likely to cause corruption or conflict(compared to others) which involves copying certain folders like Default, Cookies, or Sessions).
My setup:
Operating System: Windows 11 PRO
What I have done so far:
Brave Nightly has been installed.
I tried to import data using Brave’s import settings — but only bookmarks/history got transferred and not cookies or sessions.
I have transferred the user data and default folders of the whole profile from Brave Beta to Nightly via Windows Explorer.
After starting Nightly, the browser went back to its original state and the data that I copied was deleted.
I have also experimented with cookie/session transfer extensions but these did not work either — no cookies were restored.
Normal operation: To be logged in to the websites after the migration from Beta to Nightly (i.e., keep session data).
Thank you so much!
If the manual transfer is not an option due to encryption or profile isolation — I would appreciate your confirmation so that I can make necessary arrangements.
