help needed browser extension disappeared after update along with data how 2 restore

hi after update suddenly my browser extensions all disappeared along with the data so when I reinstalled them it doesnt show my previous wallet login like in trust wallet or metamask

How do I restore the extension data for the update?

Cant install extensions on Brave - possible Chromium issue

OK so tonight i checked Edge and and tried to install extensions recommended so not the extensions i have normally tried and it installed. I then tried to install Bitwarden and it installed no messages so did last pass and the other extensions i normally use in Brave.
