Google Keep does not work with the brave browser

Description of the issue:
When I try to log in to the extension it gives me the error Error: 400: invalid_request

How to reproduce

  1. download the extension
  2. click the logo in the extension bar
  3. click login

Expected result:
Error 400: invalid_request

Brave Version:
v1.48.167

Google Keep extension can only be used with Chrome.
There is no workaround or fix.

but inst brave based on chromium?

Right Oniii, it’s chrome. The Google Keep page works on my Brave. I don’t use an extension. That might be a solution?

Even when I use the extension it works fine for me. Login once, password saved, no problem.

welp alright, I haven’t been able to get it to work for me on any computer i own for the past year.

Out of curiosity, do you have the below setting enabled or is it disabled? It’s found at brave://settings/extensions

Yes it’s enabled, i thought of that too when i first encountered the problem, but the issue persists.
