Getting permission to access the requested URL on this server

Mostly at retail sites, I get this message when leaving the home page.

Searches in BRAVE Community bring up way too many unrelated, superseded, or unclear ideas.

Clear, english-based advice would be greatly appreciated. Or else, just remove the blocker for your program
