Full screen is one pixel off when viewing youtube videos - an off-by-one error?

When using the full screen button inside the Youtube viewer, Brave goes to full screen, but the top line of pixels and right-hand column of pixels are not used, and show artefacts from previous windows.

Description of the issue: – see above paragraph.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. start brave, not maximised
  2. open a Youtube video
  3. and click the ‘full screen’ button in the bottom tool bar

Expected result:
Full screen using all screen pixel rows and columns
