Description of the issue:
Translating a page from German to English tales a long while. As there is no progress indicator or anything, it sometimes feels like it did not work at all and you click it back and forth trying to make it work.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Open the page https://www.berlin.de/weihnachtsmarkt/
Select translation icon, switch from German to English
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
For quite a while page stays untranslated.
Sometimes when the page is translated but it is long and has dynamic content, it would revert back to the original language (I have no ready evidence for this)
Expected result:
Page is instantly translated to English (like it does in Google Chrome)
Reproduces how often:
Always. Full page translation is never smooth and instant as it is in Chrome.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
OS: Ventura 13.5.2
Brave: 1.61.104 Chromium 120.0.6099.115 arm64
