UPDATE: They did it!
It’s under the flag “brave://flags/#brave-focus-mode” and it worked 100% as I intended. Big thanks to Brave; that’s why you are the best browser with the best community.

It would be nice to have a possibility to hide/show the following items:
address bar
tab bar
bookmarks bar ← implemented already (CTRL+SHIFT+B)
In a Vivaldi browser there is keyboard shortcuts CTRL+F11 which does:
hide tab bar
hide address bar
displays the web page title on the browser window top frame.
Here are the examples from Vivaldi browser:
a) before
[1]
b) after
[2]
This gives a distraction free window for reading page content.
Currently Brave does not use CTRL+F11 shortcut s…
I am using vertical tabs on Brave. But I wish to make it completely hidden and want to toggle the view by hovering the cursor at the side or any keybinding. Is it possible? How can I do it?
For example, we can hide both the Tab bar and Top bar on Zen browser (shown in the screenshot below). It gives a clean, non-distracting look. I wish to have this same feature on Brave, at least for the Tab bar!
['about:preferences#zenLooks' at Zen Version 1.10.1b]
*Feature: Ability to hide the top (URL) bar
Why: It’s already a feature in Zen browser, and it allows power users to have more tab space
The idea: The top bar being hidden, and then apprears by a hover-reveal system, like the vertical tab bar.
Extra suggestion: Option to controll the speed of the reveal, whether the user wants a semi fast, smooth animation, or an instant show.*
