Description of the issue:

I keep seeing random favicons on new tabs. At the moment it’s the icon for B&H Photo.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. open new tab, (when none are open?)

  2. Tap in search/address bar

  3. see random favicon

Expected result:

New tab with no favicon

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.23.74

Mobile Device details
Asus ZenFone pro M1
Android 7.0

Additional Information:
Still no way to export bookmarks to a file

This sometimes happens when cache data gets stuck. Clearing your cache should resolve the issue. If it does not, let me know.
