Description of the issue: When attempting to add a browser extension from the Brave library one gets the message: “Could not install package: FAILED_TO_COPY_EXTENSION_FILE_TO_TEMP_DIRECTORY”
How can this issue be reproduced?

Attempting add browser extension to Brave while using NordVPN products
Expected result: Extension downloads and can be installed
Brave Version( check About Brave): latest
Additional Information: I cracked the code on this issue by digging into the various support requests submitted previously over the years. If using NordVPN you MUST temporarily suspend the “NordVPN Threat Protection” feature to allow the package to be downloaded. That’s it. Hopefully this information will help other users in the future…
