Facebook is still tracking me, why?

I noticed Facebook showing me adds for something i had been searching for on google. I thought Brave is supposed to be keeping my privacy. Is there something I am supposed to do on settings?

Hi @mosken, make sure you have Shields enabled (the lion icon in the address bar).

Thanks for your response @Asad. How can I tell that it is enabled or not enabled?

Click on the lion icon and make sure Shields is set to on :slight_smile: (Should say SHIELDS UP)
