Can someone tell me if I added the external url filters correctly, if yes do one of u guys have any recommendations for urls I can use?

No need to add external lists tbh, Just enabling Annoyances list would be enough. Added lists may cause webcompat issues on some sites.

I get where ur coming from but I just care too much. Can u pls tell me if I did add them correctly? (I pasted in .txt links in) and if I did add them correctly, are there any URLs u can recommend to me?
One of the filters is the AdGuard DNS filter
This is a default filter for AdGuard Home and for the public AdGuard DNS servers.
The path - direct link - to that filter:

From your screenshot, that appears to be correctly installed. Notice the "Last updated . . . " ← IF NOT correctly installed, that would not update. Click the Update Lists button, to update and confirm that.
