### Description
Some Android devices allow you to hide the navigation buttons u… ntil a gesture is used to display them. For some devices, when the nav buttons are hidden in this way, a white gap appears between the browser toolbar and the bottom of the device screen:

Note that these options can typically be found in `Settings --> Navigation` and that not all Android devices offer this option.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Toggle `Hide full screen indicator` or equivalent setting "on"
2. Launch browser
### Actual result
White gap appears on bottom of screen during scrolling

No gap should appear
