Description of the issue:
Embedded videos in websites are showing a black screen, audio works fine. Youtube works fine, Twitter does not.

I have tried disabling shields and using private windows and it does not work.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Brave 1.80.120 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

Chromium: 138.0.7204.101
