During the scroll on the web pages freezes or hits jumps

Hello, I bring here the problem I am having. While browsing the web pages in Brave (Android version) the scrolling produces constant jumps jets or freezes.From the screen. This really is so obvious and pronounced that it becomes an unbearable browsing experience.

Data:

Brave version 1.6.2.
Phone: Xiaomi mi9t pro.
Android Version: 10

Please can you tell me what is happening and how can I fix it.
