Description of the issue: Download file not deleted when Brave is aggressively terminated

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Start Download
  2. While downloading, right click on the cross (x) at the top and press “Exit” at the message box.
  3. Open download folder - file still exists as not confirmed

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result: File to be deleted when the browser is closed aggressively

Reproduces how often: Always

Brave Version(about:brave): 0.57.18

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no): Yes

Additional Information:
The file here has a German name.

I mean, I’ve already reported this bug. I wanted to dig it up again, but couldn’t find it anymore.

This behavior isn’t a bug — Brave doesn’t delete these partial files so that you can resume downloads (if the site supports that) after restarting the browser.
