Description of the issue:

Hello everyone,

Last month, I wanted to donate 16 BAT from my smartphone on my github account, my donations left my wallet but never arrived on uphold.

I did the manipulation on November 6th. But I still have nothing this month.

Is BAT lost forever or will they appear on my account uphold?

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. I don’t know, I don’t want to send new BAT if it does not work …

According to the post you gave me, the problem must be solved.
However, I have nothing on my Brave Creator, just 0.95 BAT, indeed, I had tried doing 1 BAT (which worked) then 10 + 5 BAT (which did not work).
