Does IPFS integration in Brave browser means that we can create our own validator nodes for Brave? Is there any documentations about it? Thanks for answering

We only have basic documentation on IPFS. That said, you can shouldn’t need to – you can use Brave and let Brave manage the node. Alternatively, you could create a custom node and set Brave to use it, or you can use the IPFS companion extension and set it to use your custom node.
