Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
No according to this tool my device overall failed because it did not pass CTS Profile Match

this is the reason why you can claim your rewards, your device must pass the safetynet check in order to be able to use the rewards feature appropriately.

if you manage to solve the error is probably that you can claim your rewards afterwards.
