Disable background images in new tab

Hello.

Is there a way to disable background images when opening a new tab?

The images are so boring, I’d rather use Firefox.

Please fix this garbage. Thanks.

Currently no way to customize the New Tab Page. The functionality will be added in the future.

For now, you can install extension from Chrome Web Store to override Brave’s NTP.

Hi, @Reffy. There’s a simple extension you can install. See:

New Tab Override will just give you a completely blank new tab page unless you give it a URL to use in its options.
