Didn't get all rewards

I have 3 machines running the brave browser, I received my BAT from 2 of them, work desktop and work laptop, totaling a little over 11.

The third machine, which is my laptop at home, I only received 1.6 out of 12.

I had between all machines about 23 but only received 12.

What do I need to do to get the rest?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Do we have to pass you the information you request or will there be a general fix for this problem?

A fix for Payments not being deposited to your Uphold account is on the way.

I have 2 machines running the brave browser too and one android phone, I received my BAT from the 2 machines and tried to connect my uphold account to the phone but i don’t received the BAT. I disconnected the machines to uphold and tried to reconnect only the android phone to the acount but nothing happened.
I need a help. How to fix it ?

I read that post and I had forgot my password and reset it just prior.
