Desktop Notifications Not working on Youtube

Issue: Desktop Notifications Suddenly Stopped Working

I am not sure if this issue can be reproduced, however it seems to not be working on sites like YouTube. I am not sure if it is my end or youtube’s end causing this issue. Other sites seem to work fine (Gmail, Twitch,etc.)

Expected result: Notifications Popping up in bottom corner

Version: 1.3.115

Additional Information: Issue started about 5 days ago from the time of this post. Yes, I know youtube is always finicky with notifications so if this is just another case please let me know.

Can you check and confirm for me that Brave still appears in the list of applications in your Windows Settings --> System --> Notifications & actions?
