  1. Modify location of “My Bookmarks”
  2. Need ability to edit location of “My Bookmarks”

Expected result: to be able to permanently move “My Bookmarks” along side “Home Icon”, “Reload Icon” on the same horizontal axis, thus removing the whole bar the “My Bookmarks” icon is located on now.
