Description of the issue:

Scrolling Around Sites Causes the Display Window to Glitch Out and Move All Over the Place

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to any page
  3. Scroll

Expected result: Glitching, rendering issue?, window minimizes and moves around the screen in a matter of milliseconds
