Delete Downloads , History , Cookies etc Cache on Browser exit feature the 2nd

so ive been told one can set to have brave clear all cache on exit , well , issue is it dont work if its still open and for example i shutdown windows etc. instances that shutdown brave instead brave itself , please fine tune it so it autodeletes all on startup instead , would be a better solution or have it do both
