DarkReader not working correctly for anyone else?

The DarkReader extension is broken for me. Tried to re-install it fresh and it is still acting up.

When I install it it will work once and stay enabled. Does not matter if I turn off dark reader from within the extension or a specific site. It will say dark. Until I disable the extension out right. Also the different filters don’t work anymore. In addition to this its implementation of the dark theme is broken. For example if I go to Google images it will not display any images. They will just be a dark image same as the background with a white border.

I don’t see anyone complaining on the Dark Reader github page or anywhere else so I am thinking it might be a Brave issue. It is happening on all my PCs with Brave installed. May have become broken with a recent Brave update?

You are using an old version of Brave, update to the newest version, Brave stable is v1.52.126 - Chromium 114.0.5735.133.
That might be the issue, using an old unsupported version from like 5 decades ago, so update and try again.

I just noticed that as soon as I posted. Looks like the repo stopped working on all my linux desktops for some reason. Very strange. I re-added it and now it is working. No idea what happened.
