Description of the issue:
I connot open the brave browser.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open the brave browser.
    Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
    Nothing happens
    Expected result:
    Brave browser should open
    Reproduces how often:
    Every time.
    Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
    Windows 7 32 Bit. Cannot open brave to check version.
    Additional Information:
    Have tried reinstalling and rebooting.
