How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. CMD+F no longer works in Mac OS Tahoe.

Expected result: CMD+F opens a find panel

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.82.173 (Official Build) (arm64)

Chromium: 140.0.7339.213
