Chromecast missing from Brave

Brave no longer offers to cast a video (grey square in the left upper corner of the video). No options are available even in the chrome://flags. Casting in Chrome or Vivaldi works without any issues.

How to reproduce the issue

  1. Find a video
  2. Play it
  3. No option to cast video is presented.

**Expected result: Enable Chromecast support

**Brave Version( check About Brave ): Happening since 1.5.x, still not working even on 1.12.x
