Charged after free trial – need advice

Hi everyone,

Today I was charged $15 for a Leo IA subscription even though I only wanted to use the free trial. I do not plan to use the service at all.

Although it is “only” $15, this is not an expense I can afford right now since I am currently unemployed.

Should I cancel the subscription right away, or is it better to wait until support replies to my refund request?
