Hi,
I was charged $149.99 AUD after reactivating what appeared to be a free trial for Brave Firewall + VPN on iOS.
The app presented the option as a free trial again, and I cancelled it within 20 minutes once I realised I had been charged. I did not intend to purchase the annual subscription and did not use the service.
Apple has declined the refund and advised me to contact Brave directly.
I’m requesting assistance with a refund as this was accidental and the trial presentation was misleading.
I’ve also contacted support via email but wanted to raise this here as well.
