Can't sign in to Ubiquiti Zendesk portal

Description of the issue
Can’t login to https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us. A browser-generated error is returned at login with a 403 for ubnt.zendesk.com (website rejects the connection)

Hello, @pwet. Can you confirm that you turned the shields completely off when attempting to login to this site? You can do so by clicking the Brave icon to the right of the address bar, and then clicking the toggle at the top-right (see image below).

Hello @sampson, yes I did. Actually you can reproduce the issue yourself easily, subscription to the site is open to all.
